Shipping, Cancellation & Refunds

ORDER & SHIPPING PROCESS

Once you place an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched from our studio in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India within 1–3 working days, unless stated otherwise in the product description.

Our shipping partners:

  • Domestic (within India): Blue Dart or SpeedPost 

  • International (outside India): Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping yet, but we’re working on it!

Please ensure that your address is complete and accurate, including any special instructions. We are not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect address details. If your address or phone number is incomplete, we will contact you via email. If we do not receive a response after two attempts, the order will be cancelled and refunded within 5–7 business days.

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.

 

Please allow 7–12 working days from dispatch for delivery, although orders often arrive sooner.

ORDER DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMELINE

Domestic (within India):

  1. Dispatch: 1–3 working days

  2. Delivery: 3–7 working days

We offer free shipping on all orders of INR 999 and above.
For orders below INR 999, a flat shipping fee of INR 50 is charged.

WORKSHOPS, COURSES & CLASSES

If a workshop or course is cancelled by Arpita Art and Design Studio, the full registration fee will be refunded.

Participants may request a cancellation up to 7 days before the workshop date or before accessing a course to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period, or failure to attend a registered workshop, will not be eligible for a refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

RETURNS & REFUNDS OF PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

We do not currently offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on physical products.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with your order number along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. Each request will be reviewed and resolved on a case-by-case basis.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled within 36 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING DETAILS 

  • All items in a single order will be shipped together

  • Working days exclude weekends and public holidays

  • Deliveries to remote or non-metro locations may take up to 12–15 business days
