Shipping, Cancellation & Refunds

Workshops, Courses and Classes:

If, by any chance, Arpita Art and Design Studio cancels a workshop or course, all registration fees will be fully refunded by us.

You can request for a cancellation of your workshop or course ticket 7 days prior to the date of the workshop or prior to the date of receiving the course, and get a full refund. However, no refunds will be provided if you cancel after this time period, or do not attend the workshop after registering for it.

The amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days of the cancellation.

Shipping and Cancellation for the online store:

At Arpita Art and Design Studio, we understand how important it is to receive your purchased products punctually, as well as in the best possible condition. For this, we work hard to ensure your products get to you at the earliest. Currently, Arpita Art and Design Studio ships all over India. International shipping will be started up soon too.

All products are shipped out within 1-3 working days. So, orders within Mumbai will be delivered within 4-7 working days, while all other orders will be delivered within 7-10 working days*

PLEASE NOTE:

All the products in your order will be shipped together, in one shipment. Working days do not include weekends and public holidays.

We offer free shipping within India for orders above Rs.1999. Shipping charge for orders below Rs.1999 is Rs 100 per order pan India.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds:

At Arpita Art and Design Studio, we do not have a policy of return, exchange or refund. Once the products have been ordered, they will not be eligible for a return, exchange or refund unless the product is damaged, in which case we will issue an exchange or refund.

Cancellation Policy:

Your order can be cancelled by you within 36 hours of it being placed, subject to it not being dispatched yet. The whole amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

Cash On Delivery:

As of right now, Arpita Art and Design Studio does not offer Cash On Delivery services. We are working on it, though :)

Payments:

Payments can be made with either credit/debit cards. We do not accept payments made via American Express Credit/Debit Cards.

*Orders to be delivered outside of metro cities or in remote areas could take upto 12-15 business days instead.
