By placing an order on this website, you are offering to purchase a product that is subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

 

Dispatch times may vary according to availability, as well as any delays resulting from issues with logistics or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

If your order is accepted we will inform you by sending a confirmation email. When placing an order, you understand that all details you provide to us should be true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the mode of payment that you have used to place your order and that you have the necessary funds to cover the cost of the products or services. The cost of International delivery may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

• Our Contract: Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming the receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will be formed after we send you confirmation, by email, that the products that you ordered have been dispatched to you, or the services will be carried out. Only those products and services listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch will be included in this contract.

• Pricing and Availability: Although we try our best to make sure that all descriptions, prices, images and other details that appear on our website are accurate, we aren’t perfect.  Errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel the order after already paying for the products or services, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs may be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’ of each purchase.

• Colour Variations: Although we photograph only in natural light and try our best to make sure that the colours shown on our website are accurate, actual colours will vary. The exact colour of the product might vary due to colour variability in laptops, computers, screen monitors, tablets, mobiles, or other devices. We have no liability if colours of the products do not match their display on the Site precisely. The product colours depicted should only be used as an approximate guide, not an exact rendering. Since all of our products are custom made and cannot be returned, please make sure that you understand that colour deviations from our photography of the actual products are possible prior to purchasing them.

• GST: All prices on the website www.arpitaartanddesignstudio.com are inclusive of GST as may be applicable to each item. Although we will be paying the GST charged from time to time as required, you will be responsible for the payment of any other local/state taxes/levies which may be charged at the time of delivery by any local/state authorities concerned.

• Customer Self-Declaration: By placing an order on the website, you confirm and declare that the item(s) ordered are for personal use only and will not be used for resale or any other profit.
