When you purchase an artwork (original, print and any other product) from this website, you have the right to display it in your home or business. However, you may not sell or otherwise reproduce the artwork in any form without receiving prior written permission from us.

All rights to the artwork (original, prints and any other product) are owned by Arpita Das Lahiri, including the right to make reproductions. If you would like to purchase full or partial rights to the artwork (in addition to purchasing an original), please contact us at arpitaartanddesign@gmail.com.

Returns

All sales are final.

We are not liable for failed delivery, mishandling or any damages by the shipping service.

You will receive a confirmation email upon making a purchase. 

• Before submitting your order, please check to ensure that your delivery address is correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we are more than willing to send it back for an additional delivery and handling fee.

If the delivery address is correct and you believe that the package is stolen or lost, please contact the shipping service directly. Unfortunately, there is nothing that we can do on our end in such cases, though we will try our best to work it out with you.
